SECOND EDITION OF THE « INTERNATIONAL TOURISM FAIR MADAGASCAR »

Successful in national and regional level in 2012, International Tourism Fair Madagascar 2013 is planning to be one of the biggest regional platforms of the Vanilla Islands.
Indeed, as the fair ITM is from now on registered in the calendar of activities of the “Vanilla Islands”, the members of these islands shall be obviously presented and put into forth.

 

Particularly in:

  • Participation of all the Tourism Offices of each Vanilla Islands (IRT La Reunion, STB Seychelles, CDT Mayotte & ONT Comoro). ITM 2013 will be the proof of the regional integration and of the forces pooling of the islands for the promotion of the combined product “Vanilla Islands” in the outbound market.
  • Favoring the exchanges and the partnerships between national operators and the Ocean Indian, ITM 2013 will demonstrate the development of a strong tourism between the Islands of the Indian Ocean.
  • With a close presence of some thirty international Agencies & Tour Operators invited by the National Office of Tourism of Madagascar. ITM 2013 will offer opportunities to promote products between islands in the level of the international prescribers.

 

For this edition ITM 2013, the National Office of tourism of Madagascar will set simultaneously up with the salon:


1.    The “seat training” which will occur in 31st of May & the 1st of June. The theme of that “seat training” will be “Towards better development of expertise for the profession of Tourism in Madagascar”. The main target will be reaching to a national strategy of developing sustainable expertise for the jobs in the Tourism sector in Madagascar.


2.    And the “conference of ITM 2013” that will occur the 30 May & the 1st of June 2013. Via leader’s speeches in the sector, these conferences will constitute a unique opportunity for professionals to share experiences, realizations or reflection upon challenges and opportunities of the tourism.

 

 

At last but not least, as an event that gives values to diversity and the complementary of the “Vanilla Islands” ITM 2013 will be a crucial moment for tourism business of the Indian Ocean.
